I want the design to feel peaceful and supportive, allowing the sentiment to be the focus. For these two cards, I used exactly the same layout but changed the designer paper behind the Botanical Expressions Die. It's amazing how one simple change creates a completely different mood. The Barely Blush Shimmer paper adds warmth and elegance, while the Gray Granite marbled paper creates a calm, serene feel. These cards are a great reminder that you don't always need a new sketch. Instead of keeping the design clean and minimal, I added layers and dimension to create more visual interest. The Botanical Expressions Die creates beautiful movement on its own, but adding the butterfly accents helps guide your eye across the card and brings the design to life. The Barely Blush background peeking through the die-cut openings adds just enough contrast while keeping the overall look elegant. For this design, I paired the botanical elements with a bright little ladybug and a cheerful sentiment from the Springtime Scenes bundle for a completely different feel. I love how the leafy die cuts frame the sentiment without overwhelming it, while the pop of red from the ladybug immediately draws your eye.
